I am the daughter of Ralph and Jo Ann Bell. We lived in Hamilton until 1970, then moved back to Franklin, North Carolina. We remember this family and feel loss even though we have not seen them for may years. We have been gone along time but we have never forgot our family and friends in Skagit Valley.

  • Ray Gillis McConnell
