Audrey Edna Poirier passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2002 at the Life Care Center of Skagit Valley in Sedro-Woolley at the age of 74 years. She was born August 16, 1927 in Ferndale, WA the daughter of Clifford and Dora Conrad Miller. Audrey grew up in Ferndale and later graduated from Blaine High School. She was married on August 4, 1945 to Phillip Poirier in Bellingham. She worked at the Sunbeam Bakery in Bellingham for many years until moving to Sedro-Woolley in 1962 working at J.C. Penney until her retirement in 1970. Audrey enjoyed collecting bells, fishing, and she was known as an expert pie maker. She is survived by her husband Phillip Poirier of the family home in Sedro-Woolley and a son Terry Poirier and a daughter Tana Honeycutt both of Sedro-Woolley. 4 grandchildren Kris, Cliff, Travis, and Amanda and 2 great grandchildren Adam and Alex. A sister Merle Bowen of Sedro-Woolley and an adopted niece Barbara Miller of Sedro-Woolley.
A Celebration of Life will be on July 14, 2002 at 1:00 – 4:00 P.M. at the home of her daughter, Tana Honeycutt, 817 Oth Way, Sedro-Woolley, WA.
Arrangements and cremation under the care of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.
