BETH ANNE KOSTER, 49, passed away at the Life Care Center of Skagit Valley in Sedro-Woolley on Thursday, February 12, 2004. She was born on October 16, 1954 in Seattle, WA, the daughter of Art and Iva Taylor Koster. Beth was raised and attended school in Mount Vernon and graduated in 1972 from MVHS. After high school, she attended and graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health. Beth enjoyed the Seattle area residing near Green Lake and Lynnwood working at the Group Health Hospital in downtown Seattle. Almost five years ago, she moved to Sedro-Woolley to be near her family. Beth is survived by her father Art Koster and her brother Randy Koster and his wife Roberta all of Sedro-Woolley; a niece, Erin Fuller and her husband Michael and a grand-nephew Zachary all of Moorpark, CA. She was preceded in death by her mother Iva on May 2, 2001. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 20, 2004 at 2:00 PM at Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley with Pastor Ron Deegan of the First Baptist Church of Mount Vernon officiating.
