David James Becker, age 60, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at his home in Sedro-Woolley, Washington.

He was born January 29, 1949 in San Antonio, Texas to Ehrhardt and Margaret Marchal Becker Jr.

David served as a hospital corpsman with the U.S. Navy during Vietnam. He was a upholsterer in the auto industry and for the past eight years has resided in Sedro-Woolley.

David is survived by his son, James Becker of Fredericksburg, VA and a daughter, Patricia Roper of Stafford, VA. His mother, Margaret Becker of Lynch Station, VA and grandchildren, Elaine and Adam Roper of Stafford, VA. Brothers and sister, Daniel Becker of Charlottesville, VA, Nancy Convery of Alexandria, VA, and Thomas Becker of Bentonville, AR. Also surviving is his dog, Charlie Girl. He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Patricia Ginn.

At his request, there are to be no services. Cremation and arrangements under the care of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.
