Jack L. Chamberlin passed away Sunday, November 30, 2003 at the Life Care Center of Skagit Valley in Sedro-Woolley, WA at the age of 82 years. He was born June 26, 1921 in Colville, WA the son of Leon and Bessie Root Chamberlin. Jack has been a resident of Sedro-Woolley for the past 16 years formally living in Edmonds, WA and Anaconda, MT. He was a US Army Veteran serving during WWII and was a graduate of the University of Montana with a degree in Forestry. Jack was married to Marguerite Nowlan on April 5, 1982 in Edmonds, WA. For many years Jack worked as a carpenter in the home construction business. He was a member of the Eagles FOE #2069 and George Baldridge Post #43 American Legion and he enjoyed fishing. Jack is survived by his wife Marguerite Chamberlin of Sedro-Woolley. 7 children Doris Greenough of Hood River, OR, Donna Vancous of Butte, MT, Dayle Rutledge of Santa Maria, CA, Jamie Scalise of Spokane, WA, Jim Dewing of Edmonds, WA, John Dewing of Bent Mountain, Virginia, and Pamela Somerville of Glasgow, Scotland. 15 grandchilddren, 15 great grandchildren, a niece Rita Campbell and a great niece Lisa Campbell both of Vancouver, WA.
Memorial Services will be Thursday, December 4, 2003 at 2:00PM at Eagles FOE #2069 at the corner of Metcalf and Warner in Sedro-Woolley.
