JOHNNY E. ‘TROLL’ HOSHEIT CUTHBERT, 41, a Rockport area resident, died at his home on Tuesday May 3, 2005.
Johnny was born on March 23, 1964 in San Diego, CA, the son of Jack & Esther ‘Susie’ Huscusson Cuthbert.
He attended school in Lake Stevens where he participated in sports, such as football and wrestling.
He was employed by Ronk Brothers and Handy’s Heating for a while and most recently had been working as a rock layer in the landscaping industry, building patios, fountains and garden borders.
He was a member of the Upper Skagit Indian Tribe and was very proud of his heritage. He was a true outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing on the Skagit River, having the nick name of ‘Troll’.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy of Rockport. 2 sons, Marshall & Forrest Cuthbert and one step-son, Bryce. His father, Jack ‘Shorty’ Cuthbert and his adoptive father, Dennis Hosheit. 1 brother, Steve Cuthbert and his wife, Mary. 1 sister, Candy McKnight. Maternal Grandmother, Willa Mae Huscusson. 5 step-children, Dustan, Daniel, Taunya, Theresa and Jeremiah and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, E. Susie Anderson in 2001.
