Lee Daniel Wagner, age 68, passed away Monday, April 4, 2005 at the Life Care Center of Skagit Valley in Sedro-Woolley, WA. He was born September 17, 1936 in Wheeling, West Virginia, the son of Ralph and Catherine Mazingo Wagner.
Lee was a resident of Maple Falls, WA for the past ten years and formally resided in Everett from 1989 to 1999. For many years, he resided in the Santa Ana, CA area working as a business manager for the Mattel Toy Co and Foremost Dairies. He also worked for the Los Angeles Police Department and later managed mini storages in Santa Ana and Everett. Lee was married to Mary Kay Ashbrook on January 5, 1961. He was a US Air Force Veteran. Lee was a member of the NRA and enjoyed collecting guns and other collectables. He is survived by his wife Mary Kay Wagner of Maple Falls, WA. His son Dan Wagner of Buena Park, CA and former daughter-in-law Kim Wagner-Pallireto of Hemet, CA. 3 grandchildren Katherine Wagner, Kevin Fisher Jr, and Candice Astorga of Hemet, CA. 2 brothers James Wagner and his wife Gail of Commerce City, CO and Bob Wagner and his wife Pat of Lorraine, OH. Numerous nieces and nephews and long-time friends Ron and Linda Paul of Sedro-Woolley.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Susie Wagner.
Visitation will be Thursday and Friday, April 7th & 8th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley. Inurnment will be at a later date in Wheeling, West Virginia.
