Her love of travel took her to many jobs throughout the United States. Working as a pipefitter, instrumentation technician, foreman and supervisor; she was a women in a man’s world and took great pride in all of her job roles. Friendships kindled with everyone she met, in every city, in every state. Her last jobsite was in Bakersfield, CA.
Laughter, love and her wit were only a glimmer of the kind of person she was. She was always looking for excitement, never settling for a dull moment. Life was a journey to her, always changing, always evolving, never simple. She was a wonderful daughter, mother, sister, niece, aunt, grandmother and friend.
She is survived by her son, Shawn Ross of Henderson, NV; her daughter, Nicole Ross her and her fiancé, David Escobar of Lordsburg, NM; two brothers, Rick Coggins Sandy of Wenatchee and David Coggins Wendy of Bellingham; two sisters, Pam Moore Terry of Burlington and Dianne Helgeson Roger of Sedro-Woolley; two aunts, Barb Butler of Sedro-Woolley and Donna Butler of Anacortes; one uncle, Tony Rauch of Cle Elum; a precious granddaughter, Anjalie Escobar of Lordsburg, NM; a very close friend, Kathryn Edwards of Tucson, AZ and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
