Luesiano “Lucky” Ribera passed away unexpectedly May 2, 2010 at United General Hospital in Sedro-Woolley at the age of 72.

He was born in Victoria County Texas on January 7, 1938.

“Lucky” is survived by his wife of 42 years Lynda, son Patrick (Marty) and grandson Bryan all of the family home.   His “adopted” children Keith Winston, Tammy Carmichael (Kelly), Julie Hansen, Rene Berry (Mike), Carrie Simpkins (Mike) all of Oregon.  3 other grandchildren, Kevin Michael of Salem, Oregon; Mikayla of Eugene, Oregon, and Patrick, Jr. of Anacortes (Tasha of Sedro-Woolley). One great-granddaughter.  Two sisters Angie Rivera of Dallas, Oregon and Sister Maria Estefana Robles of Victoria, Texas.  5 nieces and 6 nephews, numerous grandnieces and nephews, many friends.

A Funeral Mass will be Friday, May 7, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Sedro-Woolley. A celebration get-together will immediately follow in the church hall.  Arrangements under the care of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.
