Lyle William Fox, age 62, passed away peacefully at his home in Burlington on Saturday, February 12, 2005.
He was born December 11, 1942 in Sherman, New York, the son of Reubin and Sadie Briggs Fox. Lyle grew up in Clear Lake attending school and in 1955 he moved to Burlington. He worked as a laborer in construction and as a handyman. Lyle was a great Mariner’s fan, but he will mostly be remembered for his kind heart and generosity for everybody. He is survived by his 7 brothers and sisters Charlie Fox of Olympia, Marjorie Davis of Sebring, FL, Alvina Raven and her husband Jim of Sherman, NY, Beatrice Gee and her husband Tom of Oklahoma City, OK, Allen Fox and his wife Angie of Mount Vernon, Geraldine Richards and her husband Bill of Wickenburg, AZ, and Audrey Bianchi of Lake Havasu City, AZ. Numerous nieces, nephews, and his special friends Dan and Patti Mitzel, Dick Steele, Duane Small, and Marvin Swanson. Lyle was preceded in death by his parents, an infant sister Elizabeth Fox, and his sister Blanche Davis.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday, February 22, 2005 at 1:00PM at Lemley Chapel in Sedro-Woolley with Mr Stan Wing officiating. Interment will follow at the Greenhills Cemetery in Burlington.
