Paulette Kay Hopper, 57, of Concrete, Washington passed away at home Friday, February 9, 2024, from over a 12 year battle of cancer.  Paulette was born January 6, 1967 to Robert and Paula (Owens) Wilcoxson in San Diego, California.

She was married to George H. Hopper, Jr. on February 26, 1996.  She loved spending time with family.  Paulette enjoyed the mountains, forests, fishing, camping and sitting around campfires with family and friends.  She had a strong Christian faith, and a very compassionate heart towards others.  Paulette showed an amazing amount of strength and endurance throughout her whole battle with cancer.  Many considered her a miracle, and stronger than anyone they’d ever known.  Her charitable donations were mostly to cancer foundations.

Paulette is survived by her husband, George Hopper; sisters, Christina Southards and Diane Welstad; brothers, Michael Wilcoxson, Robert Wilcoxson, Jr.; numerous others.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Paula Wilcoxson; numerous others.
