RAYMOND L. HAGLUND, 54, a Mount Vernon resident, passed away at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle on Sunday August 17, 2003 from a cerebral aneurysm. He was born on December 1, 1948 in Spokane, WA the son of Robert & Ruth Olson Haglund.
He was raised and attended school in Spokane, graduating from Shadle Park High School in 1967.
