RUEBEN GARTNER, 84, a resident of Sedro-Woolley, passed away on July 25, 2005 at United General Hospital.
Rueben was born on March 26, 1921 in North Dakota. After growing up in North Dakota, Rueben joined the U.S. Army during WWII, serving in the European Campaign. His favorite pass time was reading.
Rueben is survived by one son Gearld Adams of Montana, one daughter Barbara Levine and her husband, Rod of Sedro-Woolley. Four step-children, Sandy Lovell, Mike Jesmore, Larry Kaastad all of Kent, WA and Delores McCall-Lynch of Boulder, MT. A sister Erma Tobin, niece Janet Calwell, nephew Otto Sutler, and many other nieces and nephews.
