Tina Jolene Estes, 54, a resident of Sedro-Woolley, died on Monday, January 5, 2009 at United General Hospital in Sedro-Woolley after a long battle with cancer.
Tina was born on October 24, 1954 in Everett, Washington, the daughter of James & June Joyce Scidmore.

She was an enthusiastic garage saler and could hardly wait until spring for the sales to begin. She enjoyed antiques, fishing and being with her grandchildren and family.
Tina and her husband Dean have been a couple since 1996 and were united in marriage in 2003. Dean died just twenty five hours prior to his beloved wife.
Tina is survived by her son, Colby Welch and his wife, Windy of Sedro-Woolley. Two step-sons, Michael Estes and his companion DeeAnn Reed of Hamilton and Daniel Estes of Sedro-Woolley. Four grandchildren, Bethany & Bowe Welch, Kyle James Leander and Riley Hoyle. A sister, Sharon Compatore of Mount Vernon; two nieces, Angel & Cassie Lemon; her beloved dog, Duchess and numerous extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence & Katherine Joyce; her parents, Jim & June Scidmore; a brother, Robert ‘Smitty’ Smith; a son, Kyle Leander in December 2008 and her husband, Dean.
Memorials are suggested to North Puget Cancer Care, 2000 Hospital Drive, Sedro-Woolley, WA.
