Ada Pauline Harkness, a former Sedro-Woolley resident, passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2012 in Seattle.
Pauline was born on Sunday, November 4, 1923 in Riverside, New Mexico, the daughter of James & Ada (Ball) Eldridge.
Pauline was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Harold Harkness. She is survived by her daughters, Lenora Lea Scott, June Ellis, Wilma Roskelly, and Nola Deane Hollick, as well as eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Lemley Chapel in Sedro-Woolley, followed by a fellowship gathering at the Eagles Club. In lieu of flowers please make memorials to your local food bank.
Aunt Pauline will be missed by all who knew her. I enjoyed visits with her in Aztec, New Mexico and visits
with her when she moved to Farmington, New Mexico. I share her daughter’s sorrow.

Lee and I greatly enjoyed a visit with Uncle Harold and Aunt Polly in Aztec, New Mexico. She will be missed.
We shall miss Aunt Pauline. Her phone calls with family news. And just knowing she loves us all..
We will remember the good times we shared, and be thankful she is free from her many years of infirmaty.
