Alexandra Stokes passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2013 at Providence hospital in Everett, WA surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 17, 2013 infant daughter of Anthony and Erin Stokes.
Although Alexandra was only here for a short time she brought so much joy and love to all who were near her. Her precious smiles will always be in our hearts. She was baptized on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013 in Everett, WA.
Alexandra is survived by her parents, Anthony and Erin Stokes; grandparents, Jack and Sharon Stokes; grandpa, Bill Cadden; aunts, Kelly Cadden and Shannon Stokes; great-grandmas, Esther Weaver, June Bowers, and Maxine Stokes; and supported by many aunts, uncles, cousins and family friends.
She is preceded in death by her grandma, Janel Cadden; great-grandparents, John and June Newling, Tom and Marge Stokes; great-grandpa, Keith Weaver and Bob Cadden.
The family would like to thank all of the Doctors, Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, and staff at the Providence Women and Children NICU Hospital.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 11:00AM at Lemley Chapel in Sedro-Woolley, WA followed by interment at Forest Park Cemetery in Concrete, WA. Arrangements are under the care of Lemley Chapel
Hey Bug it’s mama and papa is here too. We miss you so much. I know you are looking down on us, guiding, loving. I just miss you. You are my light my love, the angel I saw before she got her wings. My baby girl. We are so blessed to have had you in our lives. Bug, even though we met too soon and said see ya later too soon, i will never forget that our touch, bond will forever be there. No words nor sound ever needed, but given freely. for just a touch, a smell, the energy that we had, never broken. I love you Princess Alexandra.
……So very precious…….I do not know this family or this precious Angel of God that you were blessed with for such a short time……but my heart fails and breaks for you and your family…..God bless the little ones who have gone home too soon…..may thousands of Angels surround you and Christ forever cradle your sweet little girl…Amen.
There’s so little one can say or do at this time but may it bring some comfort to know that others deeply care about your deep loss of, Alexandra. May you and your family find some comfort in Almighty God’s loving promise.-Acts 24:15. Those we have held in our arms for a little while we hold in our hearts forever.

I am so glad that I was fortunate to meet Alexandra ! She was brave and strong just like the two of you ! On Easter we prayed that she would grow strong to dance! God answered the prayer by greeting her at home in heaven!
