Carol Anne Lapham a resident of Sedro-Woolley, WA passed away Monday, June 23, 2003 at the Life Care Center of Skagit Valley in Sedro-Woolley at the age of 67 years. She was born May 3, 1936 in Port Angeles, WA the daughter of Warren and Mary Lamey Williams. Carol has resided in Sedro-Woolley since 1988 coming here from Florida. She was married to John ‘Jack’ Lapham on St. Petersburg, Florida in 1971. Carol enjoyed polishing and working with rocks and she was a member of the Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband John ‘Jack’ Lapham of the family home in Sedro-Woolley. A son Michael Prim of Gresham, OR and a daughter Carol Mae and her husband Roy Vogt and their daughter Alice Vogt of Fairview, TN. A sister Mary Anderson of Port Angeles, WA.

Carol Anne Lapham was my mother and she wad a beautiful person. I loved her very much. Not a day goes by that I don’t miss her “Lucille Ball” type antics. She was smart, funny and had a heart of gold.
