A lady always knows the right time to leave the room. I wasn’t ready. but you knew. you set an incredible example of how to get up, show up, and live fully, even in the horrific throes of a disease like Parkinson’s. I will miss you terribly sweet mama …now I shoulder your legacy to stand up in any adversity this life throws my way. I pray for the grace to carry it beautifully and with the fight you did. All my love …I will miss you everyday and look forward to my next “stand up” hug! We will be together again.

    Carol,
You were an amazing soul, and it was an absolute pleasure to spend time together and get to know each other. I loved watching you with our children, Delaney and Avery. We enjoyed spending afternoons out on your back porch together, when the girls went and picked peaches in the field and I still often think of the moment you met Avery, and how your eyes lit up to another grand baby. Im proud of the fight you fought for years, and one day we’ll see each other again.
    Love ya!
    Liz

All the flowers in Heaven will bloom with magnificent colors because Carol will be tending to them with love.
She will be greatly missed and I feel very honored and grateful to have had the opportunity to spend time with Carol and her family. I even developed an appreciation for Classic County Music because of Carol.
