Craig Steven Greenough, 64, passed away unexpectedly on March 22, 2023 in Sedro-Woolley. He was born on March 5, 1959 in Sedro-Woolley, WA, the son of Glen and Bernice (Harris) Greenough.
Growing up in the small town of Sedro-Woolley, he had numerous friends that he enjoyed riding bicycles with, and many other adventurous activities.
In Craig’s early life he moved to Phoenix, AZ where he met his loving wife of 37 years, Dianna Goetz. He started his career in Office Interior Installation and they started their family. In 1988, they moved back to Washington to boost his career and be closer to family. They later welcomed three more children.
Craig’s hobbies were painting, golfing, fishing, hiking, and attending concerts with his wife. Some of his fondest memories were taking his family on vacation and road trips to places like Disneyland, Disneyworld, and the Grand Canyon.
He took great joy in spending time with his three grandchildren: listening to oldies, gardening, taking them on trips, and working around the house.
He is survived by his wife, Dianna Goetz; children, Kyle, Chad, Joshua, and Cheyenne; grandchildren, Bradley, Bentley, and Jett; siblings, Glenice, Graig, Kevin, and Kimberly; as well as cousins, aunts, and uncles. He is preceded by his parents, Bernice and Glen Greenough.
A Celebration of Craig’s life will be held at 1:00, on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at the Sedro-Woolley Eagles, 1000 Metcalf St, Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284. Share your memories of Craig and sign the online guest register.

Craig was a life long friend, neighbor and classmate. I was SO happy he found the woman of his dreams and made such a sweet and beautiful family. In business, he helped many people – not only employees but customers too. I enjoyed his sense of humor and true friendliness very much. The Class of 78 will miss him terribly but remember him very fondly. My condolences to his family for your loss. Very sincerely, Mandy
I will miss you on Facebook Greg. R.I.P. my friend. Condolences to your beautiful family
I worked with Craig for several years at Graebel Movers, where he was the hardest working salesman I’ve ever seen. He was always in a good mood and quick with a story or a joke. I hadn’t seen him in many years, but when I called him about a year ago he acted like I had seen him the day before. He will be missed and fondly remembered.
You are missed so so much. Thank you for always caring for me as one of Chey’s besties. <3
Rest in God’s peace my old friend. In our grade school years, I was practically Glenn and Bernice’s 6th child. I stayed with you all more than I stayed at home. So many memories… just so stunned to read this. Glenn befriended my Mom in the trailer park years later on Wicker Road and it was fun to see him and say hello when I came up from California to visit. We played a lot of football (anywhere), a lot in your front yard, the tree house, walking to the gym at Sedro Wooley High School for either wrestling or basketball. I have not forgotten any of you. I hope you all can hold each other close and think of all the great times lived and shared. You’ll be in my thoughts and prayers always.
We grew up in the same neighborhood as the Greenough’s when we were in grade school. We are so sorry to hear about Craig.
