Floreta Fay Smith, 91, passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2012 St Joseph Hospital in Bellingham. She was born on November 15, 1920 at her grandmother’s house in Oklahoma.
Floreta was a devoted Christian who preached Pentecostal her whole life, starting at age 6 years old until her death. She had resided in Marblemount, Washington for the last 35 years. She has touched hundreds of lives in her time as a Preacher from all over the country. Floreta had lived through the great depression, and the death of her husband and son. She has faced the odds of death for the past 15 years, all the while maintaining a relationship with every surviving family member and staying active in her community church.
Floreta is survived by her grandson David James Climer and friends and family from her local community.
On behalf of her family they would like to invite you to her Memorial Service to celebrate her life on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at 2:00PM at Lemley Chapel in Sedro-Woolley with Pastor Dave Nichols officiating. There will be a time of viewing on Monday, August 27, 2012 from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

Services and cremation are under the direction of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.

I was looking up her son yesterday to realize David has passed, today I googled her and found out the same. Floreta always treated me so kindly, so did Jay…sad to know they are gone including David. Many fond memories. I remember her smiling face so well. RIP Floreta. There is a place in my heart for you.
