Jack Allen Lewis passed away Sunday, April 14, 2002 at the Regional Hospital in Seattle, WA at the age of 56 years. He was born June 19, 1945 in Seattle, WA, the son of Mason L. and Irene R. Allen Lewis. Jack grew up in the Everett area attending schools and later received a BA in Accounting at the University of Oklahoma. He served with the US Army during the Vietnam era. Jack formerly resided in Everett and for the last 17 years has resided at Big Lake. He worked as an accountant for the Cascades Job Corps in Sedro-Woolley. He was a member of the Turtle Mountain Chippewa Indian Tribe and he enjoyed native American cultural events and making crafts. Jack was a member of the Sedro-Woolley Eagles. He enjoyed being with his family at his home with the view of the lake and he loved his Bud Lite. Jack is survived by his friend Rich Dills of Big Lake. 6 sons, David A. and his companion Debbie Boice and her son Talon, Michael and his wife Melinda, Marvin, Joseph, Christopher, and David J. ‘Daughters’ Shelly and Dernessa. 3 sisters Phyllis Brooten and her husband Earl and their daughter Sarah of California, Jodi Esparza and her husband Angel of Seattle, and Julie Lewis of Seattle. His former wife Nancy Lewis of Everett and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews as well as friends near and far. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother.<br>Visitation will be Friday, April 19, 2002 from 9:00 AM to Noon at Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley with Services to follow at 1:00 PM at Lemley Chapel with Father Patrick Twohy of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in LaConner officiating.
