Linda Hazel Lowe, age 72, passed away March 26, 2022, at Josephine Sunset Home, Stanwood, Washington.  She was born June 1, 1949, in Emporia, Kansas to Gilbert Leo and Lavone Lee (Emrick) Nuessen.

Linda graduated from Burlington-Edison High School and Western Washington University.  She married Michael Dwaine Lowe February 12, 1972, at Immaculate Conception Church in Mount Vernon, WA.  She was a homemaker and Mary Kay representative, devout Catholic, and exceptionally loving mother and grandmother.  Most people would describe her as ‘the nicest person.’  She is beloved and missed by many.

Linda is survived by her children, Anthony and his wife, Alexa Lowe of Monroe, WA and Alison and her husband, James Jauron of Sedro-Woolley, WA; seven grandchildren; brothers, Gary Nuessen of Burlington, WA, Rick Nuessen of Burlington, Danny Nuessen of Burlington; sister, Joyce and her husband, Ron Curry of Big Lake, WA.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Michael Lowe; sisters, Karen Robertson and Janice Gooch; brother, Dale Nuessen.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 pm, Friday, April 8, 2022, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Father Tom McMichael celebrating; she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Michael at Green Hills Cemetery, Burlington.  In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions are suggested to Josephine Caring Community, 9901 272nd Place NW Stanwood, 98292, (360) 629-2126.  Share your memories of Linda and sign the online guest register.

    Linda Lowe was the sweetest person I have ever met. She was my next door neighbor. She was a woman of God, my Mary Kay lady and a loving mother, wife and grandmother. She will be greatly missed.
