Mark William Lemieux

Friday, April 13th, 2018

Mark William Lemieux, who many know as Mario, 57, of Sedro-Woolley, passed away April 11, 2018 from his brave battle with Cancer with his wife, Lorrie and daughter, Kelli by his side.

Mark was born January 5, 1961 to Joseph Donald ‘Don’ and Margaret Louise ‘Peggy’ Lemieux in Bellevue, Washington. He was married to Loretta ‘Lorrie’ Lemieux on March 17, 2001.

Mark was an amazing Husband, Father, Grandpa and friend, always willing to help anyone in need. He had a set of morals no one could break no matter what curveball life threw at him, and he was proud of that. Mark loved many things about life but his most favorite was to go camping, sit by a campfire, play cards and sing songs. When he was younger, his hobbies included Soccer, Softball League, Pool and Bowling League.  Throughout these times is where he met most of his lifelong friends. Mark and Lorrie moved to Wenatchee, Washington in October of 2014 to be closer to his employment at the T-Mobile Data Center in East Wenatchee as a Senior Data Center Technician. Mark truly loved his job and made many friends from his superiors and co-workers. T-Mobile has been a fantastic and supportive company to Mark and Lorrie throughout Mark’s illness. Mark and Lorrie moved back to Sedro-Woolley in February of 2018 to be with Family and Friends for Marks final weeks of life.

Mark is survived by his wife, Lorrie Lemieux of Sedro-Woolley; Daughter, Kelli (Dan) Bryson of Sedro-Woolley; Grandson, Lincoln Bryson of Sedro-Woolley; Step-Grandsons, Tyler and Adam Bryson of Sedro-Woolley; Mother, Peggy Lemieux of Bellevue; Brother, Joe (Denise) Lemieux of Kirkland; Sister, Jeanne (Don) Oakland of Lynnwood; Brother, Shaun (Josie) Lemieux of Bellevue; Sister, Margo (Paul) Gockel of Bellevue along with Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, many Nieces, Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews. He is preceded in death by his Son, Marshall Lemieux and Father, Don Lemieux.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at 11:00 am at Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley, with reception following at the Eagles. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Hospice Northwest at www.hospicenw.org. Please share your memories of Mark and sign the online guest register.

Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of your beloved husband, father, son and brother Mark. No words could ever convey the pain of your heart, but our loving Creator and Heavenly Father does know. He has promised that very soon this enemy, death, and all the things that bring our hearts pain will be a distant memory-Hosea 13:14. Until then please find comfort in knowing that “He (God) is close to the broken hearted and those crushed in spirit he saves”-Psalm 34:18. It is my hope that these passages along with your loving memories of Mark, comfort your hearts and give you a measure of peace during this most difficult time.
