Mary Janacek, 65 of Sedro Woolley, sadly passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 from Medical Complications.  Mary was born on July 27, 1955 to Lawrence and Irene Steffes in St. Cloud, Minnesota.  She was married to James Janacek since 1983.   She attended Technical Senior High School in 1974.

Mary was a homemaker that was self-employed with being a Persian Cat Breeder and a Sales Representative for Tri-Chem Fabric ” Liquid Embroidery” Paint.  She also was a member of Eagles F.O.E 2069 and became an Officer for the Auxiliary for several years.  A beloved wife, mother, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend who loved to entertain.  She enjoys being surrounded by family, love ones and friends.

Mary is survived by her husband, James Janacek of Sedro-Woolley, sons, Brian Matheson, of Sedro-Woolley, Joseph Janacek of Sedro-Woolley; daughter, Brandi Matheson of Sedro-Woolley; sister, Patti Dukowitz of St. Cloud, MN.    She is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Irene Steffes; two brothers, Joseph Steffes and Edward Steffes.

A Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Lemley Chapel, 1008 Third St. Sedro Woolley, WA 98284.  We will be holding a Potluck Gathering after the service from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Fraternal Order of Eagles 2069 – 1000 Metcalf St. Sedro Woolley WA 98284.  Please Contact Brandi Matheson at 360-610-8623 to get more information.   Share your memories of Mary and sign the online guest register.
