Norm is survived by his children, Frank Scott of Sedro-Woolley, Steve Scott and his wife Jackie of Idaho, Betty Blouin of Sedro-Woolley and Barbara Shuler and her husband Larry of Oak Harbor; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  He was also preceded in death by his parents; two grandsons, Dustin & Allen Shuler; six brothers and three sisters.

I was looking at Obituaries and was hoping I would find relatives that has passed. Norman was my uncle. My mom Esther was his sister. She was married in Anacortes in March 1925 a month before Norman was born … in 1927 mom and Dad moved to Alberta can. She never had gotten to meet Norman until a few yrs before she died in August of 1977. She took a bus trip to Washington and visited all of the relatives she could.
My husband and I visited uncle Norman and Betty in the 80’s.. It was such a joyful visit and I could see so much of Mom in him.
I would love to hear from any of the relatives.
