Rachael Lynn Frizzell Rosenbalm, 36, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018 in Mesa, AZ, with her family and friends by her side.

She was born January 23, 1982 in Sedro-Woolley, WA, the daughter of Rick and Lori Frizzell. Rachael attended school in Sedro-Woolley, WA and after obtaining her degree in 1999, she worked for Jackson Hewitt in Mount Vernon, WA. A few years later Rachael went on to be an office manager at Jackson Hewitt tax preparation offices in Phoenix Arizona. She had a “givers heart” always wanting to help others. Rachael loved spending time with family camping and sitting around the campfire. Rachael was an amazing cook and loved to bake, often calling her Bama for recipes. She loved to come home to Washington and go with her boys Austin and Timothy Jr. to Birch Bay and Washington Park (which she called the Bunny park). She had many great memories from her childhood at both places with her brother Danny and cousins. She loved seeing her sons enjoy time there also. One of Rachael‘s proudest moments was being able to see her eldest son, Austin, graduate in 2017. Rachael lived in Mesa AZ for 15 years marrying Tim Rosenbalm in 2005.

She is survived by her husband, Tim Rosenbalm of Mesa AZ, sons, Austin Frizzell of Sedro-Woolley, WA, Timothy Rosenbalm Jr of Mesa AZ; father, Rick Frizzell of Palm Springs, CA; mother, Lori Frizzell of Sedro-Woolley, WA; brother, Danny Frizzell of Sedro-Woolley, WA; grandma, Virginia Engen, of Sedro-Woolley, WA; grandpa, Maurice Frizzell of Arlington WA; Bama, Margaret Coultas, of Sedro-Woolley, WA; and many special aunts, uncles and cousins. Rachael was preceded in death by her papa, Charles Coultas; grandpa, Elmer Engen; and uncle, Harold Coultas.

Lori, just wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you and your family. I fondly remember spending time with Rachel at Cascade Middle School. I also remember spending time with you and her son at Evergreen. Peace to you and your family.

Rachael was my best friend . I miss her dearly but have wonderful memories that we shared together. She taught me to bake many yummy treats. We spent many holidays together which were full of fun and laughter. Her favorite was when we would all go camping together. The thing I will miss the most is talking to my best friend every morning about anything and everything. I was blessed to know Rachael and am for ever grateful for all she gave.
