Rocky is survived by her children, Justin Small and his wife, Aerial, Alyssa Small and her significant other, John Van De Grift, and Jadan Johnson; mother, Karen Wallace; grandchildren, Julian and Aubrey Small; brother, Thomas “Tommy” Wallace and his wife, Tricia; grandmother, Betty Whited; significant other, Dale Parker; nephews, Hunter Wallace and Austin Kaech; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; her dog, Bailey.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas “Big Tom” Wallace; grandparents, Earl Whited, and Thomas and Bernice Wallace; pet boxer, Dozer.

Rocky. One of my all time favorite mochaheekans. My favorite Rockstar to jam out with while making coffee in the morning. One of the most giving people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. My heart breaks thinking of all of the people who will miss out on knowing you now that your gone and even moreso for the ones that you touched their lives who have to deal with losing you. Irreplaceable. Never in a million years will the universe be able to replicate the woman who is Rocky. Thank you for being a close friend for so many years. Thank you for standing up for me when other people talked that talk. And for keeping it real no matter what. I’ll love you until we meet again…

Rocky you and your mom were there for me through one of the toughest times in my life, you were always a great friend, Rest In Peace I love ya!!

  • Rafael Villapando

Rocky was always a good hearted friend of not only my family but also the family of my sons mom as well he knew everybody around town . Jadan and Rocky would always pop in and visit when we were expecting my son Jaden just to make sure we were ok or if there was anything we needed. One of the very few people who we trust to be around our firstborn and hold him. I always tried to get her to come to the VW car meets but she wanted to relax on those days and would even be kind enough to let me take her VW golf with a vr6 to a couple meets and show off it’s beauty. It breaks my heart to know that she is no longer around she was one of the few people we could call a true friend who would help out with out asking for anything in return. You will be missed and never forgotten Rocky.

Rocky I just saw you the Saturday you and Dale left for Idaho. You brought mail and packages into the Sedro Woolley post office from the annex and was laughing at yourself for being in a hurry to get back to delivering mail the day before that you dropped your cell phone in the toilet. You said you had it in rice hoping to dry it out and retain all your friends phone numbers. That day was the happiest I had ever seen you. You were excited about visiting Idaho. Not once did I think that would be the last time I would see you again. I was working at the Arlington post office on Monday and didn’t hear about you until Tuesday. I was shocked and saddened by the news. My heart goes out to your children family and close friends. The post office will never be the same without your colorful clothing and bejeweled hats. You will be missed. Rest In Peace your co-worker and friend Jim

My craziest high school memories usually involved you – I’ve had such a wave of good memories since I heard of your passing. We spent so much time together on the soccer field that those days almost feel like yesterday. You were such a tough and awesome goalie and it was my honor to be your defender all those years, win or lose, we always had each others backs. You were an amazing person and will be truly missed. RIP Rocky.

Rocky your life was cut too short but you lived it well. I met you first as Rural carrier in Marysville then again as a clerk in Burlington you tried your hand at supervisor and as city carrier and in everything you did you gave 100% with integrity, joy and respect for your fellow co workers and customers. I will miss our “Christian book club”!

Rocky delivered my mail. In the summer, I planned my yardwork in the afternoon so that I could say hi to her. I am 71 and I have never had a carrier I liked as much as I did Rocky. I am sorry for your loss. Her death will be a loss to everyone who knew her.

  • Christina DeRuischer

There are no words to express the sadness your passing brings. In all the classes we shared, the way you rocked that bass in band freshman year, the extended or passing conversations never once did you fail to bring a smile to my face. You were one of the most genuine people I have ever met. I am grateful for having known you my friend. You will be sorely missed by so many.

  • Bersha
