Guestbook

I am the previous CEO of Skagit Valley Hospital (SVH) now retired. It was my pleasure to have worked with Sandra Cobb for about ten years prior to my retirement.
Sandi was an excellent employee and a friend to all.
We had a special relationship over “tomatoes”. She taught me how to grow excellent tomatoes in containers and I still use that technique. I called her my “Tomato Lady”.
I miss her and the wonderful way that she lived her life.

  • Atle & Carol B jordal

Sandi, you were a good friend when we worked together at Skagit Corp. I have many happy memories of time spent with you, lots of laughs. Sorry you had to leave us so soon, rest in peace.

  • Ivana Wood

I worked with Sandi at Skagit/Bendix 35 years ago and we have been friends ever since. She was the first female supervisor at the male dominated company. She naturally held her own and showed the rest of us what was possible with hard work & dedication. Our Skagit girls over night trips to Harrison Hotsprings, Georgia, Vegas, Big Lake & even a slumber party at Sandi’s house all come with memories that we will never forget. The stories & laughter of our wonderful friendship will go on forever. You are missed already Sandi.

I feel extremely fortunate that the path of Sandi’s life intersected mine. She was an inspiration to me, with her style, grace, wisdom, humor, courage, and determination. I will always think of Sandi whenever I hear a French phrase or see a beautiful rose. Thank you, Sandi, for enriching my life by allowing me to be part of your life. Your spirit will live on in the memories of those who love you.
