Stephanie Rene’ Washington a resident of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina for the past year and a half passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2004 in Charleston, SC at the age of 33 years. She was born June 9, 1971 in Seattle, WA the daughter of Margene Washington and Franklin Gregg. She resided in the North Seattle area until moving to the Charleston, SC area. Stephanie was a member of the Upper Skagit Tribe and loved her family and children. She is survived by her 5 children Donyae, Raynael, Mike, Raeschelle, and Darius. Her mother and father Margene Washington of Everett, WA and Franklin Gregg of Charleston, SC. A brother Lee and his wife Kelly Washington and their children Lucas and Jalen of Sedro-Woolley, WA. Also survived by four aunties, two uncles, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services will be held Monday, August 16, 2004 at 11:00AM at the Upper Skagit Tribe Cultural Center with inurnment to follow at the Sauk Indian Cemetery near Rockport.
